Lulu Ville

It located in Portillo Beach, Las Terrenas. The housing of 850 square meters of construction has a high-end finish. The design is based on the integrity of the materials and how they blend into the Caribbean beach landscape: the natural gypsum floor, the unpolished travertine stone floor, coral stone and aluminum with wood finish, among others. The design design consists of a combination of different textures, elements and volumes. This manages to be balanced and with a good management of the materiality, being distinctive in its facades the concrete in its natural state.

CIFI Plaza Beijing

CIFI Plaza Beijing is an infill project, located in the core business area of Fangshan District, Beijing. As a community shopping center, the design strives to incorporate social / public spaces into the project, and to provide a community living room for the surrounding neighborhoods. The project aims to create a three-dimensional city with variable spaces.

Sunac Chongqing A One

A One is Chongqing's future landmark, embracing energy, arts and prosperity. Located in the heart of Chongqing's financial district, the project is surrounded on three sides by parks with a commanding 270 degree view of the river. The project is envisioned to be a "City in the Clouds"- with the "clouds" being interpreted as the podium, which brings together the complexities of various functions behind a combination of horizontal metal lines and ultra-clear glass, creating a backdrop of light, shadows, reflections that changes throughout the day.

Shuibei International Center

Located in the image display position of the industrial park. The complex is an office tower of 197.5m, with a podium mall. With bamboo inspiration, architecture adopts segmented method to unify the whole function. Multiple sky gardens spread along the podium and tower, creating habitable spaces and multifunction and exhibition areas. Landscaped staircase creates an exhibition space for cultural events on podium, that blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior.

Yuexiu Hanyang Starry Winking

The project's design concept derives from natural landscape and cultural elements of water exclusive to Wuhan. The architects selected the modular surface with rhythmic change to build the facade, which could not only satisfy the use of every unit in the kindergarten, but also create a playful architectural surface. The designers builds the spaces that change rhythmically, and exquisitely creates the scenery that varies while visitors walking so as to make a demonstration area where visitors could have unique experiences.

Imperial Mansion

The project is located in the city center of Yuhuan, Taizhou, close to the Yuhuan Grand Theater and the Yuhuan Passenger Transport Center. The area is further characterized by a complete set of living facilities, healthy traffic flow, a refreshing natural environment, and a developed transportation system. The richness of commerce and life are all gathered here. Serving as an important part of a broader urban renewal plan, this project hopes to integrate a new attitude towards the future into the current local culture.
